Take 60 seconds to read this...1...2...3...

If you are reading this, you already know...
  • How to get online
  • And you use TECHNOLOGYJ
We live in a society and culture that has never been more connected or technologically advanced…yet surveys tell us many people have never felt so alone or isolated as they do today.  Why is that?  Is it actually true?  Does the Bible really talk about Technology?  Absolutely!  Come explore how technology influences us and how we can harness its power to help us CONNECT with the things and the people that really matter.

I still don’t have an iPhone, but I may borrow my sons for part of the teaching…any guesses as to what for?

  1. In the early 1980's (Yes, I'm old) John Naisbitt said it best as he pointed out that with the increase of high-tech there was a corresponding decrease of high-touch. However 2000 years ago the Apostle Paul warned against that very trend in Heb 10:25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Paul warned us against it and Naisbitt observed that it was happening and we need to return to face-to-face relationships. We human beings need to get together for worship - even if we do look up our scriptures on our Ipad app.
