Memorial Day Celebration at Cypress!

This weekend, we are having a USO show in honor of our Military.  Relive the sounds of an era as we pay respect to those who have served our great country. 

Then, we round a corner for the greatest Celebration of all…THE ONE WHO PAID IT ALL, CHRIST!  Communion is always a special celebration, but especially on a weekend dedicated to remembering and honoring sacrifice.

Be here and be a part of something that will change countless lives...

This weekend kicks off a month filled with CELEBRATIONS…beginning with Celebrate KIDS.  We have our very own Cypress Kids’ Choir helping to lead in worship, over 400 balloons with a very special significance, and this is collection weekend for the Baby Shower we are hosting for PDHC (Pregnancy Decision Health Center). 

Often, we talk about living our life as a church in a such a way that it would be impossible to write secular history of development on the west side of Columbus without mentioning the positive impact Christ has made through Cypress.  THIS WEEKEND IS ONE OF THOSE WEEKENDS THAT ACCOMPLISHES THE DREAM! 

KIDS really are the future.  CHRIST really is our hope.

Don't miss out on bringing hope to many...

This weekend at Cypress, we are hosting our CAMPUS WIDE BABY SHOWER for the Pregnancy Decision Health Centers in our area.  We chose PDHC as our local spring outreach initiative because we agree with their mission to protect, support, and serve human life.  PDHC ministries serve on the front line of the real world where many pregnant women are facing true life and death decisions.  Last year there were 407 births after pregnant women sought services and care through PDHC! 

If you were unable to be here to receive the baby shower invite card with needed supplies, see list below.  Bring your gift into service with you.  We'll be presenting the gifts during a song and having a special time of prayer.

Our friends from PDHC will be with us this weekend to answer questions about the services they offer as well as information on volunteer opportunities on the PDHC team... bringing hope to the people in the greater Columbus area.

During the month of May, we are celebrating!  Join us this weekend as we CELEBRATE KIDS!
